Who we are
Agentic AI Tech LLC operates the Agentic AI Tech Hub website and designs and builds AI systems for businesses. We are responsible for the personal information described in this policy.
Information we collect
We only collect what we need to respond to you and run this website:
- Contact form: your name, email address, company (optional), the services you are interested in, budget and timeline (optional) and your message.
- Newsletter: your email address when you subscribe to updates.
- NOVA, our AI assistant (chat and voice): the messages you exchange with NOVA; for voice calls, a text transcript of the call (we do not store the audio recording); the requirements you describe; the contact details you choose to submit through NOVA’s contact form, together with your consent; and, if you book a call, its date and time.
- Technical data: like most websites, our hosting provider automatically processes basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, in order to deliver and secure the site. To limit abuse of our forms and NOVA, we store a one-way (hashed) form of your IP address, not the address itself.
We do not ask for sensitive information, and we ask that you do not include it in forms or chats.
How we use your information
- To reply to your enquiry and discuss a potential project with you.
- To send you the newsletter or updates you subscribed to.
- To operate, secure and improve this website and NOVA.
- To comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on you.
Legal bases
Where data protection laws require a legal basis, we rely on your consent (for example, the newsletter), on steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (for example, answering a project enquiry), on our legitimate interests in running and securing our business and website, and on legal obligations.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry information for as long as needed to respond and, if we work together, for the duration of the relationship and any period required by law. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe. If you ask NOVA to stop before sharing your contact details, we delete the messages of that conversation; if you had already shared your details, our team will delete them on request. We delete or anonymise information when it is no longer needed.
Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. You can unsubscribe from emails using the link in every message.
To make a request, contact us through the contact form, or ask NOVA to stop and delete your data. You may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
International transfers
Our service providers may process information in countries other than yours. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for these transfers.
Children
This website is intended for businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when it last changed.
