How much does an AI project cost?
It depends on scope, integrations and complexity. After the discovery call we share a clear estimate. Starting with a small, focused pilot is often a good way to prove value first. We quote one fixed price for the build after a short discovery call, then a small fixed monthly maintenance fee after launch. How long does it take?
Timelines depend on the project. Your proposal includes a realistic timeline with milestones, so you always know what comes next.
Which AI models and tools do you use?
We choose what fits each use case — for example models from OpenAI, Anthropic (Claude) and Google (Gemini), or open-source models — and connect them to your existing systems through direct API integrations.
Can you integrate AI with our existing tools?
Yes. We connect AI to the tools you already use, such as CRMs, databases, internal systems and SaaS apps, usually through their APIs.
How do you handle our data?
We agree how your data will be accessed, stored and processed before any work starts, give access only to what the project needs, and follow the security measures agreed with you.
What is NOVA?
NOVA (Neural Orchestration & Virtual Agent) is our in-house AI assistant on this website. It helps you explore solutions by chat or voice, and connects you with our team.
What is the AI Lab?
The AI Lab is where we build our own AI models and products — working showcases of the kind of systems we build for clients.
Do you provide support after launch?
Yes. We can provide ongoing support, monitoring and improvements, as agreed in your project.
